Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AVSPRO ("AVSPRO", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of avspro.tech and the AVSPRO apps, including the live avatar/OBS studio, AI image and video generation tools, voice cloning, lipsync, character creation, virtual number rentals, subscriptions, credits, referrals, and team seats (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account — you confirm this at signup.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may limit the number of accounts associated with a single device or identity to prevent abuse of free credits and trial offers.
• You may invite teammates under a Team Seats plan. You, as the account owner, are responsible for your teammates' use of the Service under your account and for the content they generate against your credit balance.

Most features consume credits, which you acquire by purchasing a one-time credit pack, holding an active subscription plan (which grants a recurring credit allowance), or receiving them through promotions or referrals. Credits are consumed at the rates shown in the app at the time of use; those rates may change. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable except as expressly permitted (e.g. within a team's shared pool), and unused credits do not automatically convert to a refund — see Section 7.

"Your Content" means anything you upload or submit — reference photos, voice samples for voice cloning, camera video for live transformation, text prompts, and the outputs AVSPRO generates from them.

• You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant AVSPRO a license to host, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. running your uploaded photo through a generation model, storing your voice clone for reuse, streaming your camera feed to your own OBS output).
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and consents for everything you upload — including, for voice cloning and face-reference uploads, the consent of any real person whose face or voice you submit. Do not upload another person's likeness or voice without their permission.
• What you're permitted to do with generated output depends on your plan — see the Commercial License Terms.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, including content used for harassment, non-consensual likeness use, impersonation of a real person without disclosure, or fraud.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or content depicting real minors in any sexualized way.
• Impersonate a real person to deceive, defraud, harass, or defame them, or to create misleading content about public figures presented as authentic.
• Violate any law, or the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Circumvent credit limits, plan entitlements, device/account limits, or payment obligations, including through automated means.
• Use virtual number rentals for spam, fraud, or to violate a third party's terms of service.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our written consent.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including card/bank payments and supported cryptocurrency payment processors. We do not store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at purchase until you cancel; canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law. Virtual number rentals are fulfilled through third-party telecom providers and are subject to availability; we are not responsible for a third-party provider's downtime or number reassignment outside our control.

Credit purchases and subscription charges are generally non-refundable once credits have been issued to your account, except where required by law or where we determine in our discretion that a technical failure prevented you from receiving the service you paid for (e.g. a failed generation that still consumed credits). Contact support with your order details to request a review.

Referral rewards, promo codes, and trial credits are subject to the specific terms shown for that offer at the time and may be withdrawn or adjusted to prevent abuse (e.g. self-referrals, fraudulent purchases, or duplicate accounts).

Under a Team Seats plan, the account owner invites teammates who get their own login but spend against the owner's credit pools, subject to the owner's plan limits (seat count, character slots, and other plan entitlements). The owner can revoke a teammate's access at any time. AVSPRO is not a party to any arrangement between an owner and their teammates regarding cost-sharing or reimbursement.

The Service, including AI-generated output, is provided "as is." AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or fail to match a prompt; we don't guarantee any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVSPRO disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse, with or without notice depending on severity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
